I need som T nuts for the T-track on the forend of a B&C A5 stock. 0.5 x 0.375 x 0.200thk. Any sources?

Thanks Not. I looked a the T-nuts but wasn't sure of the metric sizes. Thought I post this for others with the same question.
I had some 1/2" brass hex stock so I made some. Then I found the product on Midway
