South Florida custom builds?

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and I live in south Florida. I have been shooting precision rifle for about a year and I have finally gotten to the point where I am in the market for a custom built rifle but I can't seem to find someone in the south Florida area who does this.
I have had people recommend out of state companies but I don't think it could be very custom if I am not there to be part of the fitting and selection process.
Any help would be appreciated.
