It's been pretty good in my experience. I get a lot of once fired from the LEO guys that attend our local Tac rifle matches. I find it holds it's length pretty well for 4-5 firing before it requires trimming again. Of course that's coincidentally cause I size/trim /load all my bulk .223 ammo in a Dillon XL650 and use a RT1200B trimmer.
I wouldn't use it for precision loads that are close to or at max charges, prefer LC for that. However, I would definitely use it for say my 55g Nosler Ballistics H335 load, that's a mid-upper range load that does 0.3 MOA out of my rifle.
