Had the barrel channel opened up to accept the common 0.925” heavy barrel, got it all together and kids didn’t fit the thing. My loss your gain. $100 shipped, PP friends and family or add 3.5%

Could I please see a pic of the channel from the front of the stock? I would need to open it up for a 1" bbl and would like to see how much wood is left around the bbl channel.

My 77/22 is internally suppressed, so the OD of the bbl is just over 1".

How much room is there on your bbl between your .925 bbl and the hardware below? Do you think my bbl would clear? I will get my calipers out....

The OD of my bbl is exactly 1". So it appears the with could be widened, what do you think about making the channel deeper and not contacting the installed hardware?

I think you’d have plenty of meat left after opening that up to fit your barrel. There is some hardware on the end that we had to mill out slightly, but there’s plenty left. My barrel has about .030-.050” clearance in it.
