I believe it’s full CO witness, although there is a 1/3 marked on the bottom of the mount. I’ll see about measuring it here shortly...

Here’s a pic of it next to an ADM mount that is a lower 1/3rd mount....and it is just slightly lower, so I’m pretty sure it’s a full CO witness height.
