This was new and has exactly 12 rounds fired mounted on my ultralight hunting rifle. It has one mark that I can find on the windage cover from a spent case bouncing off of it when cycling the bolt. Includes Hawkins ultralight rings with the offset level. I have more optics than I need and I'm going to run a Mark 5HD like my other 2 hunting rifles have. I really don't want to sell it because it is pretty much everything anyone could dream of in this size/weight class, but I don't see myself buying 2 more to keep all three rifles in the same reticle. It includes a ton of stuff with it, all of the items that come new are still in the box.
