SPF: RRS Leveling Base TA-3

This is the TA-3 Leveling base with Short Handle and Lever Release. It's been mounted on a RRS Series 3 for it's entire life, and has seen very little use since I prefer the Mk2 24L for hunting.

Tripod not for sale.
