For those unaware of how to redeem the certificate. Once you have the certificate in hand, you call TB directly to place your order. However, you may want to coordinate first with an SOT (FFL dealer who can transfer machine guns, suppressors, etc.) to facilitate the transfer.
TB will either ask for a picture of the cert, or ask for you to mail it to them.
Once your order is placed, TB will give you an estimated time that a S/N will be issued, and an estimated time it will take to manufacturer the suppressor. Once a S/N is established, TB will work with your dealer on the transfer from TB to your dealer, and at that time you can work with your dealer to get the Form 4 filled out and submitted to eventually transfer the suppressor to you. Most dealers charge approximately $50 for a Form 4 transfer.
Edit - I'm receiving a lot of offers. Some low ball, some close to the asking price. At this time, I will not sell the cert for less than my asking price. Please do the math. This is a very good deal. And unless you can find a 50%-off cert for under $200, you're not going to find a better deal on a TB suppressor.
