So I've seen lots of people with spiral fluted bolts as of late and was wondering, is it possible to just buy one from, say PTG, and built it up and use it in your stock R700, or is their more to it than that. I've purchased plenty of AR barrels with matching bolts, so I can't imagine this is the case, but I figure someone on here would know! Thanks.

Nope. You'd have to get the barrel headspaced to match the new bolt.
