As far as I can tell, they only do custom reticle changes in bulk orders. Also, some tip of the spear types have overloaded Hensoldt with govt orders, so all new Spotter 60 orders not already stocked are backlogged until December.

There are a limited few in the country, but they are the Spotter 45 and they are all in peoples hands.
