Bump, this is the 5 screw version. My understanding is spuhr has switched their design to only using 4 screws on the rail now.

The only spot where there’s visible wear is the bottom of the picatinny clamp, this is not from abuse, but because I ran it on a lone peak and it flips the brass up abnormally high on the way out. Most other spuhr mounts, regardless of action, would probably have this I’d imagine and it’s not visible when mounted.
