What do you think the Obama policy was? He gutted our military in plain sight. He defunded NASA too for more social spending (buying minority votes). This is their program, period. Biden is all in on it.

As long as the defunding calls for removal off all troops and ICBM from the leased base facilities in Turkey and relocate them to Poland where Poland will not only NOT charge us for the utilization of the base but allocate 20 million USD to the building of the base.
