SS vs. Blued Action

I am planning a build using a Howa action and I am not sure if I should spend the extra $60 for the SS action and barrel. I have done some research and I see pro's and cons for each barrel type, but I am not that familiar with the steel Howa uses. I plan on Duracoating either one in OD green if that makes a difference.
