Has anyone tried to measure a difference in accuracy between a standard carbine and PRS stock. A quick search didn’t come up with very many results. It seems like a carbine stock would allow recoil to twist or sway the rifle. I’m guessing a PRS has a nice tight lockup that precincts rattle or twist. Could someone tell of their first hand experience.

It also depends on the carbine stock as well. Some are tight fitting over the buffer tube and some have crazy amount of slop to them.
The bonus with the PRS is the adjustability. Tailor it to you...

thats like asking "has anyone measured the difference in accuracy between shooting while wearing levis vs wrangler"

well if the levis are squeezing your nuts and making it hard for you to concentrate....and the wrangler let you swing freely.......then youll shoot better with the wrangler.

but you wont know the difference until you try the jeans on for yourself.

Best answer possible.

This analogy works fine for me (y)

I’ve had the prs it’s a sick stock but pretty damn heavy now weight never bothers me and I hate ppl mentioning weight for say a scope but it’s stout and was way more comfortable than most stocks for a long range ar

Reasons to buy a PRS Stock:
  1. To have adjustments to fit the stock perfectly to you
  2. To balance the long heavy ass barrel you put on your AR
  3. To add weight to the rifle
  4. To look fly

I think you mean to say " I hate when ppl don't workout and instead look to lighten their rifles because they aren't strong enough to handle the gun like a man"
