Alright. That seals it. Will finish up the FFL process this year. Did his rocket ffl course 2 years ago

I believe I told em to eat a dick 5 or so years ago after spending almost $10,000 in legal and registration fees that resulted in absolutely nothing being accomplished.
Black helos never showed up and unless they had BATFE badges I was going to tell em to GTFO. -It took several months just to figure out who was supposed to take our money! My license is issued by BATFE, not DoS and having worked for those clowns for 3 years I got a real good dose of just how inept they truly are.

Can @THEIS or someone intimately knowledgeable on the topic please chime in and explain what this means for us lucky neighbours to the north? I don't want to get too excited just yet, but this sounds a lot like I might be able to get stuff up here a heck of a lot easier than it is presently.

WHEN this gets published in the Federal Register AND the USML Sec 121 is updated (As of Jan 14th it is not) then it means you can contact Hoplite Arms and I can export you a rifle with no DSP-5 application, lol.

Oregon ATF dudes wouldn’t allow me to get my 07 here when we moved from OK unless I showed them I was registered with the DDTC so I changed it to 01. Looks like I’ll be changing back at renewal next year. Hells yeah. They didn’t enforce the State Dept. rules but the paperwork says you’re compliant with all federal, state, and local laws. So if you’re not I guess they can say no FFL for you. I didn’t want to push them. They seemed pretty seriously against me having an FFL on their turf.
