Maybe someone on here could answer this one. I want to sell brass, pulled projectiles, and cast bullets and want to go all legit and play by the rules. I never dabbled with powder because of local restrictions. I have an llc but am trying to find an insurance agent that has a clue of how to classify me. again i want to sell all the components except primers and powder. Anybody know what kind of liability insurance i would need to get for projectiles and brass?! Thanks a million.

I wouldn't think insurance would be a problem, especially if you already have a policy for your LLC.

You're not selling anything that's regulated (powder/primers) per se.

Agree. The only issue you could have would be "Lead" here in Kalifornia. Otherwise you should be good to go with a retail business.
