Starting loads? Brgr 185 LRBT, Hrndy 208 Mtch

I did some searching and didn't find good results...

I just bought some Berger 185 Long Range Boat Tail and some Hornady 208 Match bullets to try in my 308.

I intend to try Varget, IMR8208XBR and possibly RL15 with the Berger, but am not real sure where to start. guess I was planning a ladder starting at 41gr Varget.

For the 208 Match, I was wondering if I should try a slower powder than Varget? I have some RL22, H4350, IMR4350, H1000 and Retumbo. Thoughts on this?

I use IMR-4064 42.2grs in Lapua Brass, Fed GMM primers for the 185 Bergers. I get 2615fps out of a 26" Krieger 1-11.25 twist barrel. Very accurate.
