Static elec building up in powder thrower

What is the best way to alleviate static electricity from building up in my Redding Powder thrower. There is nothing in room where my reloader is set up to ground thrower to except ground on electrical outlet and don't really want to go there.

I wipe any plastic that touches powder with dryer sheets also. Even wipe down the pan for my dispenser and funnel. H335 sticks realy easy if you don't. Wiping with a dryer sheet also seems toget the powder residue/graphite off of stuff too.
