hello everyone I'm new here thanks for having me. I recently got lots of pulled projectiles I believe are 62 grain does anyone have a recipe for reloading these at or under mil spec with wc844 powder

The first time I used H335, I bought 150 pounds at $!,40 per pound! I also bought 10K pull-down 55 grain bullets at $18/thousand

The next 100 cost me $8.50 per pound. I always wished that I had bought more at $1.40!

My first 100 pounder of H4831 was $1.15 per pound!

Those days are gone forever.☹

The USGI data is loaded hot compared the standard reloading manuals.
That's because the army knows exactly which chambers are in their rifles and machine guns and knows their ammo will be made by competent people. It's a coherent system, unlike the fubar mess of "custom" chambers and "reloaders" who may or may not have a clue.

My first 5.56 hand loads were 55 grain FMJ under 26.0 of H335. WAY, WAY too hot by today's reloading manuals.

However, I "wore out" two barrels on an old Colt SP-1 with this load.
