    Emailed them multiple times starting back in 2020 , no response. At first I figured it was due to the hoax virus but now ?

    You can open a ticket, ask your question and discuss the issue with a technician. I've done this on a scope that I thought I had issues with. I was able to get the information I needed and did not need to return the scope.
