Rifle Scopes Steiner M5xi Locking Turrets?

Why are there no locking turrets on on m5xi anymore? I saw pics from 2017 with them.

I’ve Never seen the m5xi with locking turrets and I’ve got 4 of them ranging from when it first came out until fairly recently. Can you provide a picture?

There were some with MTC and locking turrets but they were for a military contract I believe.

Totally and completely unnecessary.

Get an M7Xi and don’t worry about the turrets. They don’t turn unless you want them to.

More compact, better turrets, better glass, better mag range, same ruggedness... the list goes on.

They don't have H59 though in the m7xi.

M7xi being more compact doesn't bother me.

Why are turrets better?

I thought the glass was basically the same as the M5xi?
