Rifle Scopes Stenier question about below optical center setting.

Can anyone tell me how far below optical center Steiner sets the scopes from the factory?

I have a 4-16x50mm scope, it is number 5416.

All Burris and Steiner scopes are factory set at 25 MOA off zero.

So if my math is right I need to come up 7.25 mils to get the optical center for this scope?

It has been a while since I have used mils/MOA or MOA/mils conversions.
