Seems to me that if Seagal <span style="font-style: italic">HAD</span> done what this girl (she's only 23......) said he did, she'd have filed <span style="font-size: 14pt">CRIMINAL</span> charges, but no...... She's filed civil charges for $1 million <span style="font-style: italic">plus</span> punitive damages.
Now if it was me, I'd want the perpetrator in JAIL and sod the money. Anybody who truly prosecutes in the public interest, gives the money to charity. Don see that happenin' here!
