Gunsmithing Steyr SSG 69 (Iron Sight)

Hi guys,

I own an SSG 69 (with iron sights)

I am looking to remove iron sights and get the barrel screw cut for a muzzle brake...... Anyone ever removed these before? It seems to be a weird screw head ..... Ideas??

If anyone else has any ideas for other accessories or wants to chat about Steyr SSG
