I used a same load on my new AT I used on my AW. It's 42.2 of imr 8208xbr. About every ten rounds it has a sticky bolt. No primer or ejector issues. But it is the same on my factory barrel or my bartlein. Is it a problem? I shot the load in the AW in 100 degree weather with no issue. Any help is appreciated.

Just a touch of oil behind each lug. Bolt goes up fine. It jambs at the top and takes pressure to move the bolt back

I had the same problem. The base of your cases are too expanded. Even if you full length resize. Get a Redding small base die and it should solve your issue.

Is there a better option than using a body or small base die?

How far are you bumping the shoulder.
I really doubt a SB die is needed.
Could be a few cases that need annealing, they don't size the same when they start to harden and a few might be getting cranky.
A minor die adjustment might be all that is needed.

According to the Lyman gauge it averages out to 0.0200 I am bumping the shoulder back to make it fit the case guage perfectly. I am using a reeding fl die with bushing. I'm using Winchester brass
