Sticky game changer material

Looking to make my own bag to experiment with. Anyone know what material is used for the sticky portion of the game changer? Or something similar? Thanks.

I appreciate it. Ive actually got a bag now with the material and have asked local fabric stores but they have not seen anything like it.

Slip-Not looks similar.

I spent quite a while looking for the original material, which isn't stretchy and has more of a fabric pattern as in the posted picture above.
