Weak people need someone to make up their minds for them. They will follow blindly, always. There’s no shortage of “experts” or sheep.

Once I had faith in men of science today I only have faith in science itself, not the whores who proclaim to serve science for their own enrichment.

Science has been both self serving and serving of those that pay them or control them ideologically for a long time

The more that comes about how far things are gone in this world, the more I root for Giant Asteroid to give some of us a chance to break free and start over.

In regards to nutrition and health my faith has allways been in whole foods and doing my best to stay away from as many as is possible preservatives and the use of homiopathetic remedies and all natural substitutes for pain killers and the like.
Nutrition Scientist and doctors are nothing more than drug pushers anymore and I don't care for either in the main scheme of things.
At 45 my weight has allways been within 10-20 pounds of what it was when I was 19 though I dont allways exercise as much as I should but I try and eat right and stay active.
