Gunsmithing Stock Duplicator setup...

For anyone that's owned/owns a manual carving duplicator, if you don't mind helping a new owner past the learning curve I've got a couple of questions regarding initial setup.

Trying to "standardize" (establish a good system) for establishing true centers using identically sized blanks.
