Gunsmithing Stock screw escutcheon options

I have a rifle that I took the sling off and removed the sling screws. Now it looks dorky or "somethings missing" type deal.

Has anyone turned some simple but handsome escutcheons with any success? Any photos, ideas, suggestions, instructions, etc?

You might consider some polished stainless button head screws.

Or add a short rail section using your two threaded holes for picatinny accessories like a bipod.
