I read about this. The dr that tried to save the perp was bitching about why the cop shot him so many times. Because the perp was still shooting at the cop.

I'm assuming that this cop is way too smart to put his face directly behind that end of an RN-50.

I read a little more into this and the cop was trying to "skip" rounds under the car into the perp from cover (I never did get the podcast to load). I dunno why the vid popped into my youtube feed, but it definitely was an interesting find.
