OK, so the older I get, the more I seem to get hurt...

Every time I work out, I seem to pull, strain, or sprain something. If I do my complete stretching routine, which seems agonizingly long, I seem to fair better.

Is there a way to isolate stretches for your planned work out, or I need to just keep doing my complete stretch routine every time?

I've been slack and haven't done nothing in 3 weeks, yesterday I walked 2 miles and ran 2 and pulled my groin muscle...
