There are military units and leo departments all over the world that are using them. I think you'll be fine with using them, but if you have more confidence using HK Hooks you can go that way too.

The connection is very strong but before you load it for the first time be sure you give it a hard pull, dirt or debris in the cup will interfere with the fit, the swivel can feel like it is connected but when loaded can pull out, I've seen it happen first hand.

Wasn't there a video of LL doing pull ups with a TAB sling and flush cups installed? I might be wrong though.

Yeah, I've seen that, but you cant buy direct I guess, you have to go to a local dealer, who of course doesn't stock them.

call grovetec to get paet #s and prices. unless things have changed in past couple months you have to mail them a check with a list of what you want. they're quick about getting stuff out.
