Gunsmithing Stupid scope mount question

Bear with me here folks - I'm sure this is a pretty stupid question but I never claimed to be that smart so I'll ask anyway.

I have a basic Wheeler torque wrench with 10 or so attachments but none seem to fit the base mount screws in a Burris PEPR mount I just got. Any ideas or am I missing something really basic?

The base mount screws are not nearly as sensitive as the ones tightening on the scope body.

As for the tools adapters can be purchased to let it fit the desired sizes

1/2” wrench

Or a 1/2" socket with 1/4" drive. This will fit the Wheeler torque driver adapter.
