I have a Win M70 Laredo LRH factory 26" barrel in 300winmag, my question is can sub or 1/4 moa be had with this rifle or is my .5 all the rifle will bring. Have tried a few hand loads and factory with same out come.

very few ever shoot .25 or less. vairables are many and good drivers are few. .5 ain't bad and .5 IS sub MOA

as you can tell im new to the long range and reloading stuff. I just don't want to expect to much out of this rifle if its not there.

My laredo is very accurate, far more accurate than I would have ever though. Mine is the same as yours other mine has a slighly shorter bbl with the B.O.S.S system. I have shot it a paper a few times with hand loads and 1/2 moa is not hard to get with mine. Shot it a 600 on paper 3 touching 1 right out side of the touching ones and the other one was about 3-4 inches away. It was sicking but showed that it had a promising future. The far away one could easily been my fault. I use it as my hunting rifle. They are great guns IMHO and would be interested in it if you don't want to keep it.
