The MLR is in MIL RAD. Form the center of the cross hair to the first tick mark is a 1/2 MIL. Does this help?

In either case take a look at these...they are data book pages but they should have the information you are looking for. NF MLR reticles are at the bottom of the page

From the pages in the link,the line thickness for a SFP MLR is .013 mrad @ 15X and .093 @ 22X. The line thickness of a FFP MLR is .07 mrad.
