Kind of reminds me of this Clint Eastwood movie where he was up against such villains.

That's not even getting into the scum that are "bounty hunters"... Like guy who is all famous on TV for doing that, but can't actually carry a gun himself because wait for it... he is a felon!

Although we like to think of the idea of miltia rising to the ocassion, Washington was right, we needed a disciplined core army. Fun fact though--it wasn't always the officers with experience that got promoted. Lee (Charles) and Gates faded while Knox and Green (no military experience--and Green especially is criminally forgotten) learned on the fly. Performance mattered. He walked that very fine rope well (along with many others).

The massive militarized police force will never be gone as politicians and other government officials understand the protection from the masses that the police provide them. I will argue it’s the fundamental duty of an officer to protect the establishment. Look at the part they played in the covid scam and what damage they did to the people. I will never forget or forgive.

Citizens do not have the right to stop other citizens because they suspect they may be up to no good unless they are on your own private property and you know they shouldn't be there. I’m not defending this app or corporate policies.

I am pointing out that a core tenet of Marxism is that the very phrase “self-*” is evil to them.

This article is an attack on the concept of self defense that happens to have a decent target to zoom in on, but it’s the meta-narrative that folks should notice as well.

If a real app comes out that helps people secure their locale it will be attacked in an identical fashion to this hit job.
