Suggestions for Compact Binoculars please

Looking to buy compact binoculars for a trip. The budget is $200.

Will be around water so waterproof and polarized is a bonus. Plan to maybe put them to use at the range after the trip.

Found a few Steiners that look nice but I really don't know what to look for with all the different prisms and specs.
