We'll schedule and hold 4-5 Rimfire Tactical Matches again at the Watauga Gun Club. Soon as the weather looks like it is making a change for the better I'll get dates out.
Item 2:
We have a 300 yard rifle range. Use to host Benchrest Matches and SR Highpower.
A. Is 300 yards enough to hold a reasonable Centerfire SR Tac/Precision Rifle Match?
B. How many shooters are there out there in a reasonable driving distance of Boone NC that would be interested in a SR match?
C. Without the wide open expances of other ranges, what kind of drills, stages, COF would work for SR format?
I was fortunate to shoot 2 matches in 2010. Something about work seems to use up the rest of my waking hours. If you think a challenge can be devised, I'd like to hear from you.
