Rifle Scopes Sun Shade for HDMR?

Anyone know where to get a smaller sunshade for a HDMR?

I have one of the original ones from the group buy George ran. Im trying to put in a Badger EFR on a Manners T3 and the stock sunshade will be to long to be of any use.

Has anyone ever cut down the stock sunshade?

Bushnell seems to be the king of mile long sunshades, even the first Bushnell I ever purchased (6-24 Elite 4200 Mildot about 13 years ago) came with what had to be a 7" sunshade.

I've cut several Bushnell sunshades down in the lathe to a more "reasonable" length, no issues.
