Yes with the straps as well. Also an adjustable shoulder strap.

I picked up one a few weeks ago. Very nice.

Be sure to order the Gen 2 and not the Standard one if you dont have the entire apex setup. The Gen 2 is slightly larger diameter to accommodate the bigger tripod head.
