Rifle Scopes Super Sniper ?

Checking to see IF anyone has seen this before.

FIRST this is NOT a complaint... just something I noticed... and wanted to see if there is a SELF fix..

I have a 10X rear adjustable Super Sniper... I have noticed that the REAR paralax is VERY loose to focus...

The focus works PERFECT.... but i have just noticed that its not stiff like my other 10X's...

Just checking to see if there is a way to tighten it.. or just let it be...

There is a regular screw on the bottom of the adjustment piece, I would make sure it is tight. If it is real bad I would contact SWFA about it.
I have 2 SS rear focus scopes and I dont ever remember them having any problems like that.

Thank you!!! it appears the screw is backing out... and appears stripped....

I emailed SWFA... I am hoping they can take care of it... its a back up call out rifle... BUT... our policy will NOT allow for refurbished units...

I offered to trade it in... and pay a difference for a BRAND NEW unit...

We will see...

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked to Christopher at SWFA... and I was told to ship the scope back.. it would be replaced with a NEW one.

Now THAT is Customer service!!!!!!!!!
