Suppressors Suppressed in super slow motion

I wonder if the propellant exiting in front of the bullet is residual? I'm curious if it happens on subsequent shots when the can and barrel are warm?

Just a guess, but I'd say it's residual. Most of the 300blk powders that cycle in an AR, especially 1680, don't have 100% powder burn.
