Gunsmithing Suppressor to barrel dia?

will a .750" muzzle dia enough shoulder for a 5/8x24 direct thread suppressor? 338 cal?

We're just worried that there isn't going to be enough shoulder for a good purchase on the suppressor. Would jumping up to .850" be a better idea?

According to the diagram you are good to go with a .750" measurement at the crown.
