Suppressors Suppressor transfer

Have a question that maybe one of you guys could help me with, anyway when transferring a suppressor that's on a form 4 to a out of state dealer do you use a form 4 or a form 1.

I believe it is going to be a form 4. A form 1 is for the creation of an NFA Item (i.e. Suppessor, SBR, Etc.)

You are right, I should of known that. Thanks for the reply, see what happens when you get old and retired. Can't remember anything any more, damn the bad luck.
