Suppressors suppressor ???

I live in Delaware. So state law is no suppressor.

The question is about a trust if it is in a trust can I have one in this state?

Sorry for the stupid question I have just never looked that far into it because I live in Delaware..

A trust is only valid if you can own one in your state, so no, you cannot own one on a trust in delaware.

Your trust can own one, you just can not have it in your possession while in the state of Delaware.
