The Supreme Court voted Monday 5-4 to allow the Trump administration's "public charge" rule to take effect after the immigration policy had been blocked by lower courts.

Good. Now the Supreme Court needs to put an end to this plague of "nationwide injunctions."

One unelected, unaccountable activist judge in any state can decide he/she doesn't like a policy and put the brakes on it. The Supreme Court should mandate that lower court injunctions can only apply to the state/region the judge presides over.
