Anyone have any expirience with the Sure Cycle stainless steel recoil spring systems? I was looking at one for an older H&K Benelli M1 Super 90.

Yes I do, and they are very good. It's about the only weakpoint of the SBE, mine gets lots of saltwater use. Because the spring and slide are in the stock, unless you completely strip the gun after every trip ( and I use this gun 50-60 times a year) the OEM carbon steel stuff gets pretty corroded. When your SBE turns into a single shot, that is usually the culprit.
While you are in there, changeout the spring also, they make a nice SS spring that is a good replacement item.
