Night Vision Surefire L75 IR laser?

What do you guys know about these units? I can't really seem to find out much info aside from just the basic description. Anyone have any experience using one?

I have used the L72 same unit in Red,It held zero and had no issue in the Dirt, it did well..

IMHO, there are much better and cheaper options.

Maybe a bit off topic, but any idea how hard it would be to swap the laser diode on these?
