Night Vision Surefire L75 type IR laser module?

I'm currently attempting to hunt down and original surefire unit. But is there anything else that is similar? I need to be able to mount in an inline tube and classic style(direct to barrel) as my rifle only has standard m4 handguards. Any tips would be excellent.

L75 are hard to come by, an alternative and easier to find use the l72 red model with a butler creek cap, drill a hole in the center and use a peace of 200 speed Kodak film on the inside of the butler creek with tape, this makes a very nice aiming dot for use with Night Vision that will not bloom , still visible, but not so easy to see without NV ..
