Do you grease your bolt, if so, lugs only? I have yet to run any on mine, just wondering what the concensus is.

No oil on mine, but it is TiAlN coated, which reduces the friction coefficient drastically.
But it might be a different story for non-coated bolts.

I clean and cover the bolt in Tetra Gun Grease every time I shoot my Surgeon.

i usually keep a thin layer of hoppes on my bolt and lugs all the time, i just put a drop or two on the bolt and lugs then rub it around with my fingers for a very thin layer.

I use Tetra grease on 3 areas of the bolt.
1) small amount on the contact area of the lugs.
2) shroud threads.
3) cam area on back of bolt body that cocking piece rides on.

I always put a thin layer of rem oil or something along those lines on the bolt. Friction wears things out, figure a little lube should help with that a little.

mine is completely cerakoted, however after shooting i apply a thin coat of kroil and wipe the excess off with a dry patch, i then apply a little bit of milcom tw25b grease on the lugs

I use Super Lube Synthetic Grease, I have noticed that dirt is not attractive to it like other greases I have tried, and is very slippery, Lugs, Shroud Threads, and Cocking Cam, I got a 3oz tube from my local Ace Hardware for 3 bucks, should last a lifetime.
